UK ORDERS
All orders are posted via Royal Mail Track+Trace with signature on delivery.
If you are unable to sign for the delivery then a card will be left for you to either re-arrange delivery or collect from your local Post Office depot.
You will be sent an email containing a tracking number once your jewellery has been posted so you can follow the progress of your parcel.
Victoria Wells Jewellery is unable to accept responsibility for late or undelivered parcels due to Royal Mail, however in the unlikely event of this please contact us at victoriawellsjewellery@gmail.com where we will aim to resolve any problems.

Following the UK Health and Hygiene regulations Victoria Wells Jewellery is unable to accept the return of any earrings.
If you believe your jewellery to be damaged please email victoriawellsjewellery@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your jewellery
